You can check the data right after the measurement with your PCs/smartphones and draw a line chart to see the transition visually. Standard, warning, and danger values are set on each product and on each farm. Alert notice on danger values will help you to find the sign of inferior eggs. Filing papers, mailing csv data, typing farm names are not necessary anymore. KENZO is a cloud system to ease communications over egg quality.

On October 14th, 2020, a competitive exhibition of egg was held by Chiba Agriculture Association. This event is held every year in Chiba, Japan for the purpose of improving the quality of eggs and expanding the consumption. The highest award, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries’ Award and six excellent awards are selected by judging the “appearance” and “quality” of the eggs. NABEL Digital Egg Tester DET6500 was used for the “quality” judgments.

14th Egg Science Forum was held at Kyoto Women’s University.
Professor Hatta from Kyoto Women’s University published following research outcome with the use of DET6000 entitled “Freshness of eggs and strength of membrane”.
-Membrane gets weaker when freshness of eggs deteriorates.
-Yolk Index and strength of membrane are correlated.
-Yolk Index is suitable as freshness indicator for raw edible shell eggs than Hugh Unit cause it is related with function shift of membrane.

Only DET6000 is able to measure Yolk Index !

NABEL exhibited the digital egg tester DET6000 at VIV ASIA 2017. The DET6000, which was recently upgraded with a measurement function of the yolk index, attracted a lot of visitors. The exhibition was a great opportunity for us to let them experience the DET6000 through demonstrations.
